For most systems running with one card, the client install picks this up no problem. So if you have 4 or 8 cores, you will see in the client that it is utilizing 3 or 7 cores. Perfect.... You can even stop boinc all together and some WU's will keep on running in memory! Bad bad! Then you restart and suddenly have twice as many tasks running! Bad bad! Recently (the last few days) I've noticed Boinc insisting my AMD GPU will take about 40-50 minutes to complete an Einstein WU. It actually takes 8-9 minutes.
